About Us Dundonnell Smoked Salmon started as a small crofthouse concern in the middle of the glorious Wester Ross coastline. However with the decline of winter road maintenance generally - our busiest time - we have been obliged to move to a more centrally served location near Inverness. Which gives us much easier routes to two airports not least major road networks.

Despite our northerly location we believe we are as up to the minute as it is possible to be!

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order the date specified - although Mondays present rather a problem!

If no date is specified then we would send as soon as possible, but we try to avoid leaving goods langiuishing in carriers premises over a weekend. .

International orders are generally despatched on Mondays to the USA. Mondays or Tuesdays to Europe.

Back Orders We hold a small stock to meet day to day demand and would normally expect to fulfill your order immediately. If there is a problem we will contact you instantly to discuss possible delivery times.

Tax Charges Smoked Scottish salmon is exempt from VAT

However there is VAT @17.5% on the Champagne and chocolates in the hampers together with the carriers charges..

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you suspect there has been a delay in getting our product to you let us know immediately so we can raise this with the carrier concerned. If you consider the smoked salmon to have been rendered unsafe as a result of delays, we will immediatley send a replacement, if that is what you wish.
